(1) The machine body is welded with high-strength profiles, which has sufficient rigidity and a long service life of the equipment;
(2) The diameter of the sanding belt drive roller is large, which increases the service life of the sanding belt, and after precise dynamic balancing, the operation is stable;
(3) At the same time, the sanding belt drive roller adopts a rubber roller to ensure a good grinding effect;
(4) The feeding adopts a wear-resistant and high-temperature resistant conveyor belt carrier, which can be frequency-controlled, and the feeding speed can be as high as 15m/min, with very high production efficiency.

3. The equipment mainly consists of the following parts:
(1) Machine body: responsible for connecting the sanding belt transmission mechanism, feeding mechanism, lifting mechanism and other equipment components.
(2) Lifting handwheel (equipped with some models): used for fine-tuning the lifting and lowering of the feeding workbench.
(3) Various power mechanisms: provide the power required by the sanding belt transmission mechanism, feeding mechanism, lifting mechanism and chamfering mechanism.
(4) Lifting device: The reducer drives the lifting and lowering of the lead screw in the lifting guide sleeve through the chain transmission, thereby completing the lifting and lowering of the feeding workbench supported on the top of the lead screw.
(5) The feeding mechanism consists of a conveyor belt driving roller, a conveyor belt driven roller, a pressing roller and a bed. The speed is adjusted by a 4kw motor using a reducer plus a frequency converter. The feeding speed is 0-15m/min.
(6) Pressing roller: There are seven rollers in total, all of which are driven feeding rollers. They mainly play the role of pressing. Their position and the size of the pressing force will affect the grinding quality of larger workpieces. They have been adjusted before leaving the factory. Unless it is particularly necessary, customers do not need to adjust them.
(7) Brush roller: used to remove burrs after belt grinding.
(8) Electrical control box: the electrical components of the machine are connected inside it. Please refer to the attached figure for the electrical schematic diagram;
(9) Operation panel: used for equipment operation control and status display.
