1. Before operating the loading and unloading, pay attention to check whether there is water and oil entering the electrical control box, if the electrical appliances are wet, do not turn on the machine, and check whether the power supply voltage is in line with the requirements, and whether the front and rear safety door switches are normal.

2. Verify that there is nothing blocking around the truss robot, and then turn on the power.

3. When the truss robot needs to be dismantled, turn off the power supply of the injection machine, turn off the power supply of the manipulator, and turn off the air pressure source of the manipulator.

4. Drain the air compressor. Loosen the cylinder fixing plate fixing screws and move the arm, moving the buffer seat so that it is close to the arm.

5. Tighten and pull the cylinder fixing plate so that the arm cannot move. Lock the rotating safety screws so that the truss manipulator cannot rotate, etc.
