1. Do a good job of cleaning and lubricating each guide rail surface every day, and the truss robot with automatic lubrication system should regularly inspect and clean the automatic lubrication system, check the oil quantity, add lubricating oil in time, and check whether the oil pump starts and stops regularly.

2. Check whether the automatic lubrication system of the headstock is working normally every day, and replace the lubricating oil of the headstock regularly.

3. Pay attention to check whether the cooling fan in the electrical cabinet of the truss robot is working normally, whether the air duct filter is blocked, and clean the dust that has been attached.

4. Pay attention to check the cooling system, check the liquid level height, add oil or water in time, and replace and clean when the oil and water are dirty.

5. Pay attention to check whether there is abnormal noise in the oil tank and oil pump of the hydraulic system of the truss robot, whether the height of the working oil level is appropriate, whether the pressure gauge indication is normal, and whether there is leakage in the pipeline and each joint.

6. Pay attention to check whether the guide rail and truss robot protective cover are complete and effective.

7. Pay attention to check the mechanical accuracy of each moving part to reduce shape and position deviation.

8. Do a good job of cleaning the truss robot after work every day, clean the iron filings, wipe the coolant on the static guide rail, and prevent the guide rail from rusting
